Intre noi, fetele! Cum alegem si gatim vinetele? Cele mari nu sunt neaparat mai bune. Cu cat sunt mai mari vinetele au mai multe seminte, iar daca vrei sa le coci atunci va trebui sa le acorzi mult mai mult timp. Tot pentru a evita vinetele cu seminte multe mai poti face un lucru. Cele care au o urma circulara si nu foarte adanca nu contin atat de multe seminte ca si cele care au la capat o urma ovala si mai adanca. Asadar, acum spor la cumparat si la gatit vinete! Mic ajut.
