Mum of 6 blogging about a little bit of everything. Tuesday, 24 May 2011. Not just a little sort of rubbish day meh. Sort of mood but a big fuck off humdinger. After the perfect day yesterday Lucy woke up in a vile mood and came down screamed at a few of us and told her sister that she would prefer her to be under a bus. This resulted in a trip back upstairs for Lucy and there she stayed for three hours sulking and refusing to apologise. But today my body has protested and slumped.
Saturday, July 5, 2014. I want to say a couple of things about Begin Again. I have no reason to believe that John Carney, the writer and director of this movie, has any religious intent or motivation for his work, but for me, the movie was intensely spiritual, giving a vision of what life looks like where God rules. For me, Begin Again. And in the end, the music is beautiful and it is all His. Friday, July 4, 2014. Celebrating the fourth of July. 2 Worked in the yard.
Got My Gold Seal! January 15, 2012. So I now look at the document signed and sealed by the courts and see life! Not the 15 years gone but the many, many new ones ahead.
