My first attempt at canning Strawberry Jam. I have never tried making jam before. I was thinking, ya, I can use that pot or this pot no problem, but there are issues with certain types of metals you can use or there will be reaction problems. Today I was so excited to attempt my jam! I got my strawberries out, washed and blotted them dry.
